Nobody likes a grumpy girl post right, I know I don't. So here's a review of what great things that happened in 2011. Just a short recap from early 2011 til the end of 2011. here goessss.

Okay so, I took a degree in Event Management in UiTM Puncak Alam, a longgg 45 minutes drive from home in Shah Alam, made a lot of interesting friends. In early January, we had our Junior's Night (sort of a welcome party the seniors throws for us freshers) and I made this montage on behalf of my class.

And we had a new kitten, named Charlie. But he wasn't strong enough to stay with us for a long time without a mother cat to care for him. RIP Charlie.

My February was rather busy, I did a lot of things.

First, it was my dear dear cousin's birthday soiree.

And then, me and my sisters planned my youngest sister's, Fatinah, her sweet sixteen birthday party, followed by a family BBQ Dinner and Doa selamat at night.

My March was kind of quiet, but me and Hani, baked a cake for our aunt's birthday and we threw her a 'sort-of' a surprise birthday. Long story short, she kinda figured us out. Darn. hehe

And later that April, this was the time I was so busy with assignments and exams. So there was nothing much to be joyful about that month. But one thing that beats everything was when I had an interview via Skype from University of Kent's representative, it went really well and that's why I'm hereeee!

My Graduation Day for my Diploma was on May, we're finally designers! haha sorta.

June
We had our sequel to the Pricknick we had at Putrajaya last year. This time, it was held at Kyrie's house, just us friends, catching up and also as an advance birthday for Kyrie.

I went to Bangkok in July! well, for business. wow that's the first! I never had the chance to say I went abroad FOR BUSINESS. I like it! haha. the company I'm working with that time was sourcing out furnitures, for the presidential project that we were working on.

August was mostly gathered up with the girls.

September!
Boyyy, September was hectic! Since this was my last month in Malaysia before I came to England, I need to squeezeeee everyone in that month! So, I made a few gatherings/kenduri (it was Hari Raya Puasa as well) and meet all of them together. One shot! haha

1.My big cousin's baby Rauf Harraz was born. 2.SELAMAT HARI RAYA! 3.Open house at Kyrie's 4.Sent off my cousin, Tira, to England. And yes, she's with me hereeee! 5.Last meal at IKEA. 6.Meet Toby, our new cat! 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14.Eid Mubarak Open House at mine's. 15. Sent off Teekay to England. Yeap, one more friend with me here, bless :)

1.One day before I flew off to England, my friends can't send me off the next day because they had their final presentations on the day. Thanks love :) 2,3,4,5. Friends & family who came to send me off. Love sangat! 6.Me, waving final goodbye to families, braving the new world, in England that is. 7. Reunited with my cousin Tira in London! 8. Portobello!

I went to Berlin for the School of Arts trip! All expense paid! Can it get any better? No, it cannot. HAHA

Finally, December.

We wandered around London for a couple of week before New Years to see the magical of Christmas in London. Let's just say, spending your time with the right company, it was truly magical. I'll definitely do this again, and again and again.

So there you go. That's pretty much wrapped up my 2011. I think my 2011 wasn't so bad at all, it was sad and happiness all together that makes it a much memorable year for me. Thank you 2011, you've been good to me.

I have serious issues.

It's really alone up here sometimes. Okay, who am I kidding. All the time. Even with all the people around me, we talked, we cooked together, we gossip, we laughed but it's just not the same. I thought I love being around new people, but I don't. I love being with all the familiar faces, familiar voices, similar thoughts, seriously, with the warmth of being around people you know and love dearly.

And today, I go on a day without sleeping and doing nothing. Out of nowhere, I was thinking about the future. Like literally just sat there, deep with my thoughts. It scares me somehow, since I thought I had it all planned out on the life I should be living, but no. I seriously don't know where I am going. It also scares me because I'm here far away in England, using all the last penny of my parent's savings to continue my studies and I DON'T KNOW WHERE I WAS GOING? yeah, how can I not freak out??!!

I don't know whether if I had too much coke last night or the insomnia talking, but mannn, I broke down. real hard. we are talking about crying real tears, and chunking half a dozen of chicken wings and half a bottle of 2 litres coke! and GET THIS! I don't even like coke that much! I don't know what is wrong with me. I wish I am having a mid life crisis, at least I know what's the problem but I'm not! I'm only 22 and I'm freaking out about life.

So, after hours of thinking, I still haven't figured out what I'm going to do with my life. I mean, I love what I'm doing now and everyone can see that I'll be good at it (because they told me but I don't know if they're just being polite or anything) but why can't I see it? I'm never convinced whenever people told me that. I seriously don't know where I am going with this, but it just so relieved that I could put these thoughts/feelings out here. I hope somebody can tell me what is seriously wrong with me because I don't know what I want anymore.

Is it possible that I don't know myself?

Maybe this is just because I miss my family so much, my mother to kiss everyday, my dad to talk to me about facebook or youtube and act all how cool he is to know these stuff when he don't know a thing about it, and both my sisters where I'm yelled at and yelled to and at the same time share secrets and tell about our days. Also my best friend where I can just call or go to her house whenever I'm not myself.

Well maybe.

It's 6.52 in the morning, and still haven't sleep. So I'm gonna have my Subuh now and go for a jog. Signing off.

I am really the kind of person that loveeee comfort shoes, like literally. and because of that, I always end up wearing not-so-pretty shoes, the kind that your grandmothers wears to the supermarket, but don't get me wrong, grandmothers wearing that kind of shoes, cute. Me? not so much. haha.

anddd, to found out about these pretty pretty lines of shoes (& bows) by Darlingtonia makes me squeeeeal my heads off! She makes the prettiest moccasins ever, and best of all, they're all handmade. She sew her own shoes! How nice is that? She can have that "how I like my shoes today? Rainbows! ooooh! I shall make this right now!" kind of dialogue with herself, you knawwwww? So envious.

I'm damn right, aren't I :)

Hello pretty baby, I'm back!

&& I really hope this is for good, because I never want to ever come to UiTM Perak again because of repeating papers or any sorts but I'll definitely come back because I already missed all the beautiful people I've met along the way on finishing my 3 years diploma. To all dear lecturers, thank you for nurturing me from part 1 til the end of part 6, and most importantly, thank you for believing in me, I'm forever grateful for that. Taking ID is definitely the best decision I've ever made so far.

I prolong my gratitude to everyone whose been helping me throughout the journey, mama & ayah , thanks for all your doa, I hope I don't disappoint you guys. & not to forget my two not-so-little sisters, for supporting and also being the help I needed at the lasts days of my final presentation, I can feel the loveeee in the air :)

So, it's that time again, back to Perak for a new semester, to be exact, the very last one! and hopefully all will be smooth sailing,
and may this be the fun-est one,so I'll leave with great memories of everybody.

these past few, errr, months, I've lost interest in blogging, anything at all. To say I have nothing to say tu, tipu la kannn. But ever since I started the working 9 to 6 life, I got tired so very easily. I only seek fr my ever so comfy bed the minute I got home and if mama ajak go out to look for kain baju raya, I said, "Malas". I know righttt, I said "malas" to shopping kan, hmmm, see what working did to your used-to-be very energetic life. haha

anywhoooo, need I clear the air here, my current life I'm living did not have anything to do with my workplace, I loveeeeee it there, its the journey I walked to start the day ( not walk la, drove) that I cant stand sangat sangat. I can whine for monthssss about how baddd I hate being in the dem jammed for nearly 1 and a half hours everyday, yeah, go figure. Going back is no different jugeee. haih

but I should be grateful that I'm not the one who's driving, it's the Daddy in the morning and the Mommy in the evening. They're the best parent you've ever asked for, I loveeee you guys sangat2 mamayah. Thank you for everything.

okay, moving onnn, lets talk abt something less stressful, shall we? obviously it'll be abt my favourite people in the office that really made my day. first, THEEE Superb Designer-cum-Supervisor, Encik Rozi. He's not really the chit-chatty type, but I like his sooo experienced ideas whenever I got the nerves to go and chat with him. He's a Man with Very Few Words but every words that he said, means so much already. that's why I looked up to him so much, he's an Idol. And Jeff, the owner, really is so sweet, so very friendly to everyone and always so sarcastic in whatever he said, but in a funny way ;)

Next, my next-table-neighbour, Encik Hissam, a great designer as well. He's a very polite man, if u ask me. Very polite punya, and very friendly. We liked the same genre of songs and we did enjoy lagu raya so much ( yeah, we sang lagu raya in the office in the middle of march, haha) . he's very helpful in design and stuff. And the first day of my working there, he asked me to go see kak rai , because he said she's so lovely and all, and turn out to be his wife jugeeee.

mmg punnn, kak rai sgt sgt sweet, they make the cutest couple. Kak Rai did help a lot, and gave me something to do, rather than sit around doing nothing. We gossip2 sikit, and to make everything easier, she's a UiTM graduates , so we have something to talk about.What I'd do without you kak rai? hehe.

and then there's kak syikin who helped me in all ways, I can say that I survive it there because of her. She helps in sooo many ways. Without her, I dont know where I'd go for lunch, bank-in the salary check and maybe, never tasted the ever so sedapppp Thai Laksa at UOA building. hehe. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

and all the fellow collegues that really made my day, Abg Fozi ( super funnnnnny tau, dengan loghat kedah pekat dia tu), Kak Nona ( I always bugged her with my never ending questions, hehe), Encik Helmi & Encik Azhar who are never serious in whatever they said( hehe) , Abg Isman ( super cute senior!) , Abg Acap Ashaari ( who is really Awal's big brother, hehe & helps sooo much with the tech-y thingy), Abg Amran ( he always got very creative with his detail drawing), shamil( a very,very sweet kid and we always got teased by the abg2 because we were the only budak2 here) , Kak Adida, Kak Hasnah ( I loveeee gossiping with her, she takes gossiping seriously, haha, so cute), Kak Nor, Kak Lin, Kak Kas ( I climbed the stairs with her once from Level 14 to 19, to lose few extra pounds kononnye, haha), Abg Sheikh ( Dr Khi's favourite student, he's sooo niceeee & very helpful), and Abg Faiz ( always helps with the server thing, He's our own Jimmy Neutron here, hehe), and Kak naz ( sgt prettyyyy ), Abg ezzrie ( who always whinning just abt anything, but in a cute way punya, hehe), Abg Shahril ( sgt sarcastic, but sgttt baik), Abg Azrul, Abg Herman ( sgt kelakar, u have no idea, haha) , Abg Azli la, Abg Harris, Abg Fahmi lagi, Kak Julie la, Kak Fiza lagi, oh sumpah sgt banyak to state here.

I know I got over reacted by listing all of them here, but really, I don't want to leave anyone behind, because I really really liked them, because they're the only ones I looked forward to seeing everyday. and I really meant it when I said they're all so baikkk, u'll know if you're here. I can't thanked you guys enough.

regardless all the lovely people I got on the job, the jammed always go around ruining it all.

Waking up today, feeling chipper as ever , had my scrambled egg for brunch, snuggled back in my super comfy ruffled blankets reading tons of emails (still) and had Colbie Caillat's You Got Me on replay, thousand of times. I'm so stuck to this song that I personally admit I can really relate too. This song put up a really big smiles on my face all day long and yeah, I did crinkled my nose one (or two) times :)

I came across Charlotte Mann, and it's a she and this uber talented artist is found deeeeep down in my truck loads of emails that I've been working on to clear since forever, and thank goddd I've found her! oh, you just got to see what she do to feel what I felt right now. She is known for her large life-sized drawings, murals to be exact and they're just wonderful. As I scroll down her portfolio (with my jaw dropped on the floor obviously), I kept on thinking of putting up these babies on the blog, since I havent been so friendly with my own blog lately. I mean, it's a shameee not to show off these babies to the world, no?

I was blown away when acik wati told about her going to Greece this Chinese New Year break. I was reallllly. okay, you have to know, I have this list in my diary of places I should go, or things I should do before I die ( or probably after I have enough $$$ to go ) , and I've been carrying that little diary with me for years now. and Greece was like in 2nd place, well of course first would be Makkah and the third would definitely be Paris! and the list goes on til the number 11th already, for nowww. haha

ok, where was I? oh yea, GREECE! my most favourite place in Greece, that I think no one should NOT not go, is the Oia Village in Santorini. I remembered reading about Santorini at MPH when I'm always too early for work, when I was working with Nandos back then when I'm 18. and I fell in love since.

I mean, how can I notttt???

the houses are small, yes, but they're cute. and all that
vibrant colours all over the town, how can you resistttt?

Ahhhh, if only the myths about treasures at the end of rainbows is true,
I'll go dig for them in my imaginary garden. :D

I can't believe the time finally came, faster than I've expected, that I'll be starting my
internship soon. REAL SOON I say, like tomorrow soon. haha.
This really reminds me of Whitney and Lauren in The Hills and The City,

and all in my head was I wanted it to be all-glamour like
the teen vogue internship. haha , a girl can dream kan?

but anywayyyy, it's confirmed now that I'll be doing my internship in LTW Design Works ( Lim . Teo + Wilkes ), Damansara Heights, starts from tomorrow onwards. I know what I will and will not learn there, and I've been longing to learn 3D max ever since I laid my eyes on my senior's 3D and to know that they did not practice 3D Max there kind of bummed me out.

But it's okay tho, I guess I can brush up my Auto CAD skills more than ever now and I hope it'll work for me just fine for my final project for Part 6.

I reallllllly hope I'll fit in there and everything to be smooth sailing along the way. InsyaAllah, I'll tell you stories about me on the job okay.

This probably the millionth time I apologised for abandoning my blog, and I'm pretty shore you had had enough of it, but really, I'm so sorry, I've got distracted by sooo many things for sooo many times. haha

Anywhoooo, I'm here now and there's been a lot going on after I got back from UiTM. They're mostly family moments and some other ID moments. I will not eloborate much on that, but I will, ladies and gentleman, leave you with some pictures that hopefully will tell you stories of what I did before for not updating the blog. hehe.

the thing I did not like after formatting my laptop?

besides you then have to re format the laptop over and over again,

ALL the websites that I've bookmarked, GONE, just like that.

you know how I always, ALWAYS, struggling with the time because I'm an

Interior Design student (haha)? yeah, and how I always loveeee, just loveeee wasting

my time reading blogs, looking at beautiful design and stuff? you bet I do. so, that

is whyyyy I bookmarked all the websites I know I will love and will regret my whole life

not reading it, all in the laptop, so when I have the time on semester breaks, to

pamper myself going through the websites I've bookmarked for hours not wanting

to do anything else.

This is like to have a pay back of me not having a life when I'm on school mode.

But it is all gonee, out the window. All of my months of hard works bookmarking

hundredth website go wasted and nothing I can do about it but to start

bookmarking again. haihhh

maybe I should write it down somewhere, because I

never need to format a notebook,

That does it! I am soooo gonna own a Himalayan Kitty or Teacup Kitties some call it .
In fact, I wanna have maybe a couple or a triplets. They're just so adorable,
I feel like preserving them so they would stay that small forever.

But, one thing fer shore, it will not be anytime soon, because my little-miss-jealous

I did something really stupid today.

I just brushed my hair with a clothes brush.
I don't know why I did that, but I just did.
and I lost a gazillion hair from that.

CLOTHES BRUSH!! I mean, what was I thinking?
I was in the shower just now, and felt like doing it, and I did.
What is wronggg with me? Am I wired wrong or something?

I just got back from segamat, (yes, nenek's 2nd home) for attending a wedding reception. normal weddings, usual traditions. and later that evening was where the day started.

mama took us ( me, hny, fatina, nurul) to UiTM Segamat! that feeling was unforgettable as I was awwww-ing everything that remembers me of segamat, even the toilet i used to go to.

The Power of Love.

To make a long story short, Anthony "Ace" Bourke and John Rendall, two Australians living in the hip Chelsea section of London in 1969 bought and raised a 35 lbs lion cub from a department store, which they named Christian, in their living room. They became local celebrities of sorts, parading around London with him, taking him to restaurants and even playing soccer with him.

But as the 35-pound cub grew to 185 pounds and food bills became astronomical, they knew he would have to be released to a less urban habitat. So they arranged to take him to a wildlife refuge in Kenya. They visited him periodically for several years.

After going without seeing their old friend for several months, they were told he had adapted to his new environment, and the two returned to say goodbye. That's when the famed reunion took place.

the first time i set my eyes at these ads, I knew I am in love.

the Miss Cherie Dior Perfume ad was directed by the uber genius, Sofia Coppola, the same person who directed Marie Antoinette. the ad was set in Paris (who doesn't love Paris?) and it got all the very things that I lived for. the ad got me so baddd, with the pretty flowers, the balloons, all of the surroundings and the cute pastriesss. I need to be in the ad. I just got to.

the second ad, is the Elizabeth Arden new perfume, Pretty. the ad was just a simple girl-watching-herself-in-the-mirror ad, but the whole dramatic flower mural on the wall that makes it remarkably fascinating, eye catching and lively. the ad was directed by Mark Dixon. you got some taste here, Mark! hehe

so i finished watching 6 movies, already. in 2 days. yay. first, bride wars, then major movie star, yes man, get smart, inkheart (u should see this!) . and im lovin every bit of it. they all were great movie, MADE MY DAY punye kind. hehe ok, i have a confession to make, i've just watched SATC the movie. thats sex and the city for those who dont know. i know, I'm pathetic and all cos it took me t h i s long to finally watched it, when everybody's had watched it like decades ago. excuse me for that.

im in love with the movie, not just for the fashion (duhh) but i love how Carrie, Charlotte, Samantha and Miranda were there for each other, ALLLL the time, thru thick and thin. i dont know abt you guys, but im practically a loner and yes i enjoy being all by myself for most of the time, but i kinda envy with the relationship they had. i want that too. its like, when the gloomy days punched in, you know you'll always have them with you. no matter what. and you did almost everything together. and you hears your friends thought not because you have to, but because you wanted to.

i needed that.

so, its a good movie, you have my two thumbs up.

A LONG WEEK

Alhamdulillah, the event went really well. apart from all the misunderstandings along the way, we did got credits from the lecturers for the job well done, our seniors liked it and we felt the loveee from the people from other courses too, i felt ittt. hahaha they showed up filling all the foyers' floor, the first, second and third floor. and that, i must say, is quite an achievement. hee

the morning event was hectic, i couldnt get my hands on that nasi lemak or any food that matter, but they all love the games i chose for that day and to see all the happy faces from the people, i couldnt be more happier. i made some nasty 'bombs', (was planning to induct the part ones) but plan backfired, they give excuses to leave early and i was the one who ended up wet with the disgusting smell bombs i made myself. sheesh. nvm.

the evening event was okayy, but im actually so very prouddd of myself( i have to say ittt) because i handled the games allllll by myself. how can i juggle 3 things at one time? the jumble sale, the tribal mask design and the tribal statue carving? oh i cannn, hahahahahaha berlagak la sikit ni. im a tad disappointed with my crews, they all seem to disappear on the evening activities. but, what the heckkk, the games went smooth sailing btw. DONT MEAN TO BRAG OKAYY, just so we clear here.

okay, the peak of the event, the ID NIGHT was the busiest time of my life, im the stage manager (the job sounds very important kan? but biasa2 jee) so i have to run here and there preparing all the performers, making sure they goes in and out the stage accordingly. but i freakin loveeed it, cos i get to mingle with all the performers, which were so very cool and very funny if u ask me.

also, the part 5 which went to their internship this semester did came down to Seri Iskandar to support us, oh they're just the sweetest thing. they love love love the stage (thanks to the design crews, logistics, M&E and our dear Project Manager, Rahmat). i dont knoww why, but im loving all my seniors this semester because they're superrrr cool and seem to be very supportive in everything that we did. oh loveeeee!

and the part one and part two students did get inducted by the part six in front of everybody after all, haha, fun moment. the sixers got them all wet with water and MY stinking bombs! yay part six! hehe. but the idea to induct the part one and part two at the night event was NOT my plan, i know nothing abt it, just to make it clear here.

after that, yasmin got flour-ed by the boys because it was her birthday that night and we took our studio pictures together. its kinda saddd cos along the moving and transition of the event before, i don't get to be in most of the pictures cos i kinda stuck in the studio busy with my own things to handle. so, back in the room, i dont wait to change, i just go straightttt to bed. sumpah la penat.

gazillion thanks to all my friends, to all the people who helped me making the bombs, the other night, especially the part two girls, fatin and her friends for guarding the jumble sale booth at all time and special thanks to THE FAMILY for supporting me along the way. i cant possibly get through all this without all your help and prays.

They are the toppings of the lake, and the center attention is on Noah & Allie of course.

I don’t about you, but for taking me to a place so beautiful that cant be explain through words, that’s more than enough for a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th date. oh, finally. after a month away from home, this is really what i need. and coming back home is not a mistake this time, as i had heeeeaps of fun laze around the house while watching 123456789 backstreet cats lepaking around the house, plus the cat of the house run around being cute, and shop (ohh we got vintage dress, lots!) and eat, and went to see atuk and nenek.

i should be the happiest person on planet earth but happy is the last thing that crossed my mind right now. haha, i sound so cheesy. wtheckk.

all plans to go to kak yui's wedding, to go to the family day to meet that abang cute (cousin of mine) all goneeee. all because of the truck loads of assignments, due rightttt after the mid term breaks. not fairrrr. i didnt get to go back last semester's mid term, and so does this sem.

so, guess what? im stuck here, in uitm perak, doing this drawing thingy til the end of time. adui. thank goddd mamayah post me something so very crucial at this point, broadband! hehe. ily mamayah. and its pink! i so freaking love ittt!

biarlah, so td went stroling the campus to give a rough tour to yasmin's new friend and we had quite a blast (ye la tu) but, this is all i can do through out the week. kill me please.

ps: kak yui tira wanyah ayaman, million sorry from the very bottom of my heart for not able to attend the wedding. i can already feel what im going to miss out for not coming to the wedding. SHEEEEEEP!!

SPA updates

regarding the project im working on, im having minor difficulties with it. see, im doing an english garden spa and i cant seem to have any reference til now. i've searched high and low at the library, no luck. all i can get is 3 books from the horticultural section. which was a help in a way, but still not enough. i've go to my friends, and well, asian spas is more of their flavour. and i called mama for help, to buy a few books on spa, so she called hani for help and what do u know, hani got THEE PERFECT BOOK. well, thats what she said. hehe. but please please please at least let it be almost thee perfect book. cause im sooo gonna need it.

but whatever hani got for me, it's fine with me. :

its not like i dont want to look for the reference mysely, and get my tush to KL cos i so knowww there's a hell loads of SPA references there but i just cant find the time. yeap, always with the time.

lets just hope the book arrives before my assignment dues, and at the meantime, i should just live with my 3 horticultural books and find something helpful from it anddd prayyy that i can combine all of that element from the pic above to a DAY SPA. tiring? tell me about it.

ps: dont get me wrong, i AMMM excited about the whole spa thing, im just a little cranky about not getting to search for the reference myself, and the lack of sleep, of course :DD

happy belated 2009 people.

i sorry about not posting anything for a decade now, but in my defense, i had so many things going on this semester break. i've finally moved to Shah Alam! yay. so, there's a lot of pack, unpack, loads and unloadings i've to go through and for now, i can actually say im sick of moving although that was my first time. hehe.

just imagine how we survived the whole weeks with no refrigerator. u should tryyy. not easy, haha. anyways, im back at uitm now and im a week behind every other students, since i skipped the whole first weeks to "run" the house while the parents gone for work. hehe

but Alhamdulillah, everything sails smoothly this week and i got two new lecturers, and theyre very nice people. haha. and oh yeah, fyi, we're doing SPA this semester. im pumped! hehe

these days, i spent nearly most of my waking hours on the couch with the laptop cling to me almost 24/7. even so, i cant seem to update this blog with anything. its not like i have nothing going on these past few weeks, plus i've encounter many great sites to share with everyone else. i just cant seem to have the mood for it.

anywayss, i've just read my mails and there's one from en nizam (my lecturer) that really caught my eyes. he's truly a born designer, reflected in his email as well. his email always very design-ish. everything is always related to what he tought us and what inspires him. he sent me videos of phillip starck--very thoughtful. and one about a restaurant in Latvia, im not sure what is the name of the place but here's something for your eyes.

i say, the owners really has so much going on in his head, in a very creative way. check out the nurses who'll be serving u, a bunch of hot nurseses with red wigs on. thumbs up for you mister!

as i browse around the net looking for inspirations for the new home, i came across Co-housing Intentional Communities only to realise that how great idea this co housing is. this got me thinking why on earth the Malaysian government never would've thought of this before, or the developer or whoever which is concern.

Malaysian government has continuously instill the Malaysian with courtesy but not working so perfectly, im sure everybody is aware of this kan. haha, not to criticise the system but what the Malaysian really need is togetherness, dont u think?

so, the co-housing concept forms a close community of friends and caring neighbors, a safe, supportive environment where children, elders, and families of all types can live in an energy-efficient and Eco-friendly environment, sharing communal resources and facilities. i can just imagine myself living in this neighbourhood, listening to the birds chirping, with children running around the neighbourhood without even worrying about the possibilities to get knocked down by a car. this feelings is just wonderful.

these concept is very similar to how our grandpas and grandmas live yesteryear, and there is nothing wrong in bringing back the old days with a few drops of modernism to go along. I believe that people now are seeking for a friendlier, people-oriented way of living based on communities and pedestrian living with closer neighbours where they can chat with at tea. community spaces with open areas and parks - all connected by green pathways and biking trails. that is definitely one step to a happy community, dont u think?

ps: i would've bought one house for myself if there ever be a neighbourhood like this in malaysia.

finally, just what i needed, semester break. holidays! Alhamdulillah, the exam went well, at least, i think it went well. i really need a few days of sleeping without any disturbance cause these few weeks my sleeping habit kind of reversing. similar to jet -lag except that i did not went anywhere with time differences,so, u know what i mean kan.

and i need to plan my holidays so that everything i need to do will be done this holidays. with me moving in to the new house, my holidays gonna be really busy and messy. but, i just cant wait to move out, sumpah seronok.

ps:im sooo going to missed de jamboree, but hopefully my holidays is great enough to top de jam off.

After my English paper, I have a super long break, an 8 freaking days to anything but study. So what a better way to fill that 8 days? do u have to ask? haha

We ‘accidentally’ went to Ipoh on the Monday because the salon we intended to go was closed that day, so that practically an ‘accident’. An accident worth getting (was that even the right words, idk)

The next day only we went to the salon. I got myself a hair treatment, which was so relaxing and I don’t even have to pay so much money on it, compared to in KL, obviously kan.

The rest of the week, I stayed in watching movies, movies and movies! Really, I’ve watched like 13 freaking movies and one japan series already by now, in a 1 freaking week. For me, that’s quite a record. Haha , I have to tell u this, that japan series I watched was HANA KIMI. Im so in loveee with this series because it had everything I see in everyday life. Sweet, fun and a little bit of sentimental value to it. Sumpah I cried like a baby, (even worse I think a) at the very end of the series. At the beginning I kept wondering when will this series ever ended, it felt like forever going to the end of it. When I finally come to the end of it, I really don’t want it to end.

In the series, I really love nakatsu, he’s the happy-go-lucky guy I’d ever see, and he’s hot too to top everything off. And also sekime, everyone keep on forgetting his name but obviously not me. How can I, with the hair like that, so cute! And of course, everyone’s gotta love nanba-senpai, the senior, head dorm and also a playboy, but he’s cute anyway, wthellll kan. Oh and sano pun okayy la. Hehe. I can talk about them and never shut my mouth ever again if I don’t stop now. Ok stop, shut. :D

So, u should should should must must must watch hana kimi. Its like theee best Japanese series I’ve watched, like everrr, so far. Okay I should shut up now.

Til then, pray for my next paper okay, its on the nov 10th, and the last paper is on the 16th and then im coming home baby. Hehe.

these are the hardest time of the year, examinations week. but whats makes the week easier is always the family. i have always had mamayah's prayers, hani and adik(who wishes me "4 flat along!") which is cute. im trying to live up to that, but i dont think i will go near to that number 4.

to what is worth, i really think i did my best and i really hoped that i'll cheer the family back home with my results again. because the reaction i get from them, 2 semester in a row, i cant really describe in a words. i just love the look they gave me. i want that look all the way until i graduate for my diploma. InsyaAllah. and everything wouldnt happened if it werent for Allah, and because of the family really believed in me and dearest lecturers. i couldnt thank them enough.

gosh, this gets really emotional, hehe

long time no write kann? im sure you would have known why kan? going to the 2nd year is harder than i thought it would be. you have to be really, i mean realllly really ready then only the lecturers will release (is that the word?) you to the 2nd year.

honestly. i myself dont really think im up to that standard, yet. and i dont even think im gonna top my previous semester's pointer this semester. when i looked at the previous seniors works, lecturer's work, i swear im so scared, i can even die that second. their drawings took my breath away, like sumpah kot. and it got me thinking again on me taking this ID thingy.

dont get me wrong, i love ID, its just that im afraid that im not good enough to be a designer. help?

hi again. i just finished my apartment project and Alhamdulillah, it went well. yeah, not my best work yet but im just gladdd it ended. so, last wednesday the whole part 2 went to KL, pavillion and sunway tobe exact and boyyy it sure an exhausting trip. but i enjoyed the trip so much that i didnt actually sleep throughout the journey. this sure is better from the one i had last semester, dont ask.

ok so, just yesterday we had a brief on our last project which is a kiosk. not really a surprise for me since i've known abt it all along. i got a 3 new faces in my group for this project and i love them already. i just cant wait to start this project and we got all giddy just to mention about it. haha, except for azhari, he's the control/cool/macho one, but i know he's excited deep down inside. haha, righttt

so, i'll post more abt it next time. if, i have the time. :)

yea, the title kinda speaks for me. u and i know that semester 2 would be a whole lot different, very busy+++ (and very tough too!) and so, not posting anything for nearly a month should not be a question. hehe

nvm, im here now. i havent come back home since the registration, it feels like forever. so now that im home, im going to spend every second IN it. there's nothing much change here, except that my cat has a pair of cute bells around her neck now. and its like sooo cute watching her run down the stairs with that cute noise the bells make. hehe

ok, back to work. we are assigned with new project last 2 weeks. its an individual project of course. we're suppose to design the interior of an apartment for a pretty complcated family. the husband is a very religious 55 y.o senior citizen, the wife is a 34 y.o XXXXXL size model who is VERY obsessed with exercising, the daughter is 18 and seems to be the only normal person in the house. so, the design have to meet certain requirements such as the traffic flows of the house should be very well revised since the wife is very F. this, makes everything more difficult and complicated as it already does. u have to confirmed abt the dimensions with the lecturer, u got to have ur time saver with u 24/7, and the most important thing is that u have to stay W I D E awake throughout the projects. so much to do, so little time.

thats basically what im doing right now. u know how i love to blog kan? but busy sikit kot skrg. i'll post something next time. i promise.

i came across a few great diners and drive thrus, and i thought i should just post it here. and it kept me thinking why cant malaysia have all this kind of diner. the small-and-scattered-all-over-the-town kind of diner. cos i think its very convenient and definitely low cost(i think) and i sooo think any restaurant owner could afford it. plus, they're super cute! they can be a new attraction as i dont think any malaysian have ever tried the attempt on opening this kind of diner here, so.

yesterday, we went for the school theatre. they said, st mary's always known for their great theatres. not that i know, cos i've only been to that school since 2003, and i think their great years was way way wayyy back then. and that 2003 itself, they did a musical on sound of music which was a hit but i didnt go, and i can literally taste the regretness in me for not going, haha

anyways, they did phantom of the opera yesterday. and they did greatttt, and i were even thinking of not going to the theatre before that. bodoh je. thank god i didnt listen to my heart, haha. but what i hate about it cos, we bought the rm15 ticket, and yeah i know, we deserve the back seat, but its too much okay if we'd to missed some of the scene where the actresses act out of the stage. and suddenly all the frontseat audience were all sitting so tall, cos they had to like practically stretched up their nect to see whats going on infront, leaving us terkapai-kapai at the back. cheap ticket, do i have to say more?

but i gotta say, i loveeee the props and all the costume. so victorian-y, soo vintage!

earlier today, we got to wake up as early as 10 to have breakfast(not to early,i know), but its weekends for god sakes! later after that, we went to see mak anjang, she was admitted in icu cos she was suspected to have dengue, and to top that off, she's pregnant. poor mak anjang, but the baby's okayy, so pheww. hehe. i ammm so excited to welcome 5 new babies to our freakishly huge extended family. 4 from ayah's side and 1 from mama's side, paksu.

we got to raya with new babies, cool. we had Audi Andrika. she's from paksu and auntie rose. just look at that name, i love it. i always gets so excited to what paksu will name their baby. cos they got all creative with it. first, Rose Julia, second, Chinta Seri (i love this name) and the latest, Audi Andrika. hehe, this make me more tak sabar to have my own babies so i can name them beautifully, haha.

Audi Andrika, and i know, not in her best look but this picture is from her cukur jambul and this is all i got for the time being. haha, but you're a baby, you can put all of Opah's bedah sejuk on your face and still look cute, hehe

and this is that Chinta i've been telling u about. how can u not cinta her kan?
and from ayah's side, we got kak ayu's and yaseer's first baby, Balqis Fazana( i hope i got this right) which is atuk&nenek's first great grandchildren. oh cool. finally, i got someone who'll be calling me auntie in a few years from now, when she can actually talk. cant wait! and we already had pak cik syukor's and cik sal's fifth baby, but im so so sorry, i forgot her name. SORRY! and coming up, we'll have mak anjang's and mak bi's. i sooo cant wait. i love babies, hehe

Balqis Fazana, yaseer's and kak ayu's baby, the first great grandchild in the family. and she is great. she's sooo cute, u cant help kissing her over and over again. i know i did. hehe

melencong banyak dah ni. haha. continue onnn, we went to uncle bullet's brother wedding in Klang. and we saw that huge mansion of Datuk Z who just passed away bcos of only Allah knows what. i dont know u heard abt the story or not cos i dont know how to tell it here cos i myself dont really gets the whole-truth. so, mind your own business mira. and oh, the wedding was okay la. all i can say, im only interested in their fried chicken cos it was gooood, haha

later after that, pak long called ayah and he asked us to come to his kastam's hi tea, at the Restoran Berputar KL Tower. of course we got so excited, who wouldnt? enjoying KL from the bird-eye view and EAT! i would never say no to that. haha. and we took a little pictures with the cousins. nurul, ewan, boy and harun were there, so we had fun. the conclusion is, all we did today is eating all the way from morning til evening. nice mira, nice.

ps: i bought all the stuff i need to bring back to uitm, and its so freaking banyak, and i knowww what ayah's going to say bout this. haih

went to ou to met raisa yesterday, boyyy i sure miss that girl so much. she's one of my good friend back in segamat. and to see her again, we had so much to talk about. we went to see HULK and yeah, i did underestimate that movie a little before watching it. its a great movie, had a little humour here and there, so i liked it okay, hehe.

we were supposed to watch 2 movies yesterday, get smart and hulk. but that stupid GSC guy gave us the get smart ticket with a wrong timing. we asked for the first show, the 12.10pm show and that dude gave us the 2.30pm ticket. and we already bought hulk ticket at 2.40pm. how do u think we can see both show when it is 2.30 and 2.40 show? and that dudeeee didnt even care to trade the ticket to the first show. i swearrr to u, we've alreadyy like begging our ass off to that guy. hello, its like freaking thursday, i dont think the first show is sold out unless its weekends, i can understand that. andd we didnt get the refund back too. ugh, i swear to godd i want to punch that guy soo hard right on the face.

so, we went to Neway karaoke box before watching hulk. i never really have been to karaoke with my friends before, and im quite kampung in there. haha. but its ok, i havent done anything thattt embarassing, just a little thing. haha

and look! who i bumped into yesterday? its dianaaaaa! this girl also, i havent see like forever, since i left nandos kot. sorry d, we havent had time to talk so much cos im going back that time. at least we had prove we saw each other kann? haha

just look at all these cupcakes. they're adorable! when i was browsing through the net, looking for gotta-have-treats for a slumber party, i came across Crumbs and Doilies Cupcakes. they have like tons of cupcakes, u name it! hehehe, by looking at al these cupcakes, i got all giddy cause they do wedding cakes too, using the cupcakes.

oh how nice is that? i always dreamed of a simple, sweet and not too formal wedding. so, the cake will definately go with the theme u know. very light in the colour, pastel-yyyyy. gosh, all of a sudden im feeling of marrying. (oh, u and i know thats not gonna happen this time around kan with me still studying and everything. hmphhh) u got to love the wedding cakes, they're not the traditional kind of cakes, its like a cupcakes tower, and it creates this happy feeling inside just by looking at it. how can anyone possibly eat that?

i've looked at several websites for cupcakes recipe (the cute cute one), but all i got is normal, boring cupcakes. yeah, its the frosting and the sprinkles what makes it looked all dolly, but the frosting is a little too hard for me. nvm, i'll try to make them, and if you're lucky, u got to see them. if the cupcakes ever going to work out that is ;p

i've got so bored lately. i mean, this is the time i should just sit my butt in front of the tv and take advantage of the so many time i have before i get back to university and not able to see any tv at all. but i get bored easily. i dozzed off the minutes after.

so, i got alternatives. i watched a few movies and tv shows. like i said before, i've finished watching the hills, and then gossip girl. and oh, ghost whisperer too, season 3. i havent watched the first and second yet fr god sakes. so, for some parts i just pretend to understand the situation when most of the time i dont.

and justttt this minute, i've finished watching Penelope. its about a girl who has living practically her whole life with a pig snout. imagine that. its a great movie and i really think u'll regret ur whole life not watching it. the choice is yours, hehe

ps: i tell u how bored i was. i was soo boring, i watched a disc 2 (out of 3 cds) hum saath saath hain over and over again. only the second disc, cos i couldnt find the first and the last disc. pathetic.

well, if u ask me now, i do feel like bursting into one hell of a cry and did just that. nothing else. and isolating myself from everything. u know, just to get out of my system. but i feel stupid doing that. how can i even would have thought everything's going to be back to how it was? i know i should never think abt it ever again, but i just cant help it u know. as much as i want to put a stop to all this, it kept coming back to me.

i just got back from a weekend in pulau perhentian, and boyyy it was thee best week i had so far. i really need to break free from all the stress i gotten these past few months. with the assignments and exams, i really thank goddd i had this little vacation. who would have thought malaysia have so much more to offer, rather than harga petrol naik, harga barang naik, yada yada yada. surprisingly, pulau perhentian, was not bad at all. after all, pulau perhentian was to celebrate mama's 45th birthday, and she loved it, so we're good. hehe

i went snorkelling, but that was not my best activity there as we only snorkels in front of the chalet, which, u can only found 3 or 4 fishes only. and if you're lucky enough, u get to see 5 fishes. isnt that great? *ughhhh* and the fishes arent really friendly u know. not like the fishes in sabah's beaches. we make friends with them, just like thattt, haha.

anyways, the best part was we finally had the time for ourselves, as family cos we havent been in a vacation for quite a long time, so. and i have a few pictures when we were there. and ohh, we finally got to see the sun, rising, early in the morning. haha, best

ps: i had quite a few fall-downs moment there too, but wtv, i had a ball falling down. haha, yeah right.
